Bupa offer cash plans including Bupa Health Cash Back and Bupa Patient Cash.

The claims process is made easy with no pre-authorisation required – after treatment a claim form is submitted and payment is received (up to the maximum limits selected).

Bupa cash claims:

1. Receive treatment (ie dentist)
2. Pay for total cost of treatment up front
3. Fill in a claim form (within 90 days of treatment)
4. Send the claim form (with original receipt attached and any other requested documents) to:
5. Bupa Claims Department, 3 Anchorage Quay,Salford Quays, Manchester M50 3XL,United Kingdom
6. Bupa may request further information.
7. Bupa refunds the cost of treatment, up to limits on plan.
