I am an expat and have an expat wife and daughter. Our daughter is 2 years old (this past August). We are in Estonia with Temporary Residence IDs issued and based on external income – we do not work in Estonia. I know that my wife and I have to have compulsory expat insurance (and we have policies with a company already, as required by law). First question: Does our daughter have to have a policy? She has one, but we have been told that this is not necessary, as all children, even those on Temporary Residence IDs, are coverd fo health insurance by the government of Estonia. Second Question: What is the cost of your adult policies? I am 59 years old, non-smoker. My wife is 36 years old, non-smoker.
