Most
international insurance companies only operate in he major currencies of USD,
Euro and GBP.  This is usually not a problem as clients in remote areas
can either pay by credit card and the equivalent is deducted from the card or
pay by annual bank transfer.  At the time of transfer, their local bank
will calculate the equivalent in the local currency and convert to the currency
the policy is in.

In
